Landscape Designer

Job Requirements: 

• Degree/Certification in Landscape Design-Horticulture or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of CAD or Landscape Design Software - Dynascape preferred. 

Responsibilities and Skills: 

• Meet with clients to determine scope of project and individual needs 
•  Site plans - measuring - base maps 
• Concept Layout 
• Estimating / Preparing Proposals 
• Maintain client relations 
• Onsite plant layout, crew direction 
• Communication and coordination with vendors, coworkers and clients 
•  Follow office procedures and protocol 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. MacOS Preferred 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, casual, family environment 
• Attention to detail and efficiency oriented 
• Reliable team player with superior work ethic 

Availability: 

• 20-30 hours per week transitioning to full time late Winter/early Spring

Hardscape Crew Leader

• Minimum 3yrs paver/stone hardscape installation experience
• Superior knowledge of proper concrete paver and natural stone installation, materials and machine usage
• Detail and efficiency oriented
• Dependable, adaptable team player w/superior work ethic
• Able to effectively lead, educate and motivate a 2-3 person crew
• Reliable transportation to/from Brentwood/ Rock Hill, MO
• Valid driver's license in good standing & working cell phone
• Ability to lift & move 50lbs and work outside regardless of weather
  
• Willing to work in a family environment with other quality, loyal, hardworking individuals.
